Keiarna Stewart is an American entrepreneur, television personality, and philanthropist. She is best known for her role as a cast member on Bravo's reality television series 'The Real Housewives of Potomac (RHOP)', joining as a friend of the cast in Season 8 and becoming a full-time cast member in Season 9.

Stewart is also the founder of multiple beauty and wellness businesses, including the first Black female-owned MedSpa in Baltimore's Harbor East.

Keiarna Stewart was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and developed an interest in beauty and entrepreneurship at an early age. Stewart began her career in the beauty industry by opening her first full-service hair salon in Baltimore, Maryland, at the age of 23.

She later expanded her business portfolio by founding K. Stewart Beauty & Wellness, a MedSpa located in Harbor East, Baltimore. Her MedSpa offers services such as laser hair removal, skin tightening, Botox, micro-needling, and facials. Stewart is recognized as the first Black female MedSpa owner in Harbor East.

Stewart joined The Real Housewives of Potomac (2016) as a friend of the cast in its eighth season. Her dynamic presence and entrepreneurial spirit earned her a promotion to a full-time cast member in Season 9, which premiered on October 6, 2024. On the show, Stewart is known for sharing her personal journey, including her relationship with her boyfriend, Gregory, and her role as a business owner.

In addition to her business and television work, Stewart is actively involved in community empowerment and mentor-ship initiatives. She has worked with organizations such as Black Girls Vote, Color Vision, and The Well, focusing on inspiring women to live boldly and confidently.
