One of Stephen King’s favorite movies in recent years has been released into theaters this week, while one of the most popular theatrical releases of 2025 so far has made its way home. And that’s just the beginning of a week packed with Eleven new horror releases.

After scaring up $30 million at the box office worldwide, the Valentine’s Day-themed slasher movie Heart Eyes is now available on Digital at home courtesy of Sony.

Josh Ruben (Werewolves Within, Scare Me) directed Heart Eyes, with Mason Gooding (Scream) and Olivia Holt (“Cruel Summer”) starring in the romantic slasher.

You can rent the film on Digital outlets now for $19.99 or purchase it for $24.99. We’ve also learned that Heart Eyes will be slashing into DVD & Blu-ray on April 15.

Tomorrow, March 4th, Uncork’d Entertainment will be giving the action horror film Armed a Digital and On Demand – and to help you decide whether or not this is a flick you’d like to check out, we have the trailer embedded above.

Promising “an adrenaline-fueled ride combining intense action with futuristic terror,” Uncork’d Entertainment will bring Armed to Digital and On Demand platforms on March 4, 2025.

Exclusive: Dear Producer has set Liz Cardenas (7 Days), Megan Gilbride (Tower), Sabrina Schmidt Gordon (To the End) and Avril Z. Speaks (Jinn) as the recipients of its inaugural Dear Producer Award, recognizing excellence in independent producing.

The prize sponsored by Maida Lynn’s Genuine Article Pictures was established to help lift the financial burdens on indie film producers and to help build the independent film community through leadership and mentoring. It’s different from other filmmaking grants in that it supports the producer and is not based on a project or specific work. Each of this year’s recipients will receive an unrestricted grant of 50,000, attend a retreat focused on rest and community building, and commit to mentoring an emerging producer for one year.

Dear Producer is a digital platform founded by producer Rebecca Green, which was established to amplify the voices of independent producers and help make the industry more sustainable.
