Nelly Robinson
Nelly Robinson is a highly acclaimed British-born chef based in Sydney, Australia, renowned for his innovative, theatrical, and often playful degustation menus. He is the Owner and Executive Chef of nel. restaurant in Sydney, and has recently expanded his culinary ventures. Nelly began his culinary journey at the tender age of 14 as a kitchen hand at the Michelin-starred Northcote Manor in the UK. He started his apprenticeship there at 15, training under Chef Patron Nigel Haworth. He was the first to complete an apprenticeship at Northcote and went on to work in other Michelin-starred restaurants across the UK, Sweden, and Hong Kong.
