Gelu Colceag is a Romanian film and theater actor and director .He was born on May 17 1949 in Bucuresti, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1971 .In 1978, he plays first role in the movie Vis de ianuarie.Other notable roles in films Agentia matrimoniala (2005), Graduation (2016) and Applause Stela! (2015).
