Uzo Aduba is stepping out for the world premiere of her new Netflix series!

The 44-year-old two-time Emmy winner hit the blue carpet at the premiere of The Residence on Wednesday evening (March 19) held at The Egyptian Theatre Hollywood in Los Angeles.

The first film debuted at Frightfest 2015 under the title Slumlord, then was released a year later under the title 13 Cameras. Two years later the rest of the world would get 14 Cameras, whereas here in the UK the film was quietly put out on VOD platforms as I See You… with zero fanfare or much fan reaction for that matter either.

L. Losada, Julieth Restrepo, Mel Rodriguez, and Rebecca Field to its heavyweight cast.

They join previously announced cast members Uzo Aduba, Andre Braugher, Edwina Findley, Molly Griggs, Jason Lee, Ken Marino, Al Mitchell, Dan Perrault, Bronson Pinchot, Susan Kelechi Watson, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Mary Wiseman, and Randall Park.

The official logline reads: “132 rooms. 157 suspects. One dead body. One wildly eccentric detective. One disastrous State Dinner. Per Netflix, Minogue will play herself in the drama. Curtin (“The Spy Who Dumped Me”) plays Nan Cox, the First Mother In-Law.

Paramount Home Media have acquired new found footage comedy horror 'Ghost Team One' for worldwide distribution. The project from co-directors Ben Peyser and Scott Rutherford follows a couple of roommates who, after falling for a girl who believes their house is haunted by a vengeful madame, set out to make a documentary that ultimately uncovers not just a decades-old murder but a ghost that appears to be into them. Penned by Andrew Knauer and Arthur Pielli and starring Carlos Santos, J.R. Villarreal, Tony Cavalero, Meghan Falcone, James Babson and Craig Stott the project was picked up following its premiere at Slamdance. 'Ghost Team One' was produced by Flying Monkeys Entertainment and Foresight Entertainment....

While Sundance usually gets all the love, we'd be remiss if we didn't also focus on the horrific happenings taking place at this year's Slamdance 2013 Film Festival (January 18th to the 24th). The first two genre flicks have been announced, and we're sure there's more to come.

First up is Chad Crawford Kinkle’s Jug Face starring Lauren Ashley Carter, Sean Bridgers, Sean Young, Larry Fessenden, and Daniel Manche.

Jug Face tells the story of a teen, pregnant with her brother’s child, who tries to escape from a backwoods community when she discovers she must sacrifice herself to a creature in a pit. It was the grand prize winner of the 2011 Slamdance screenwriting competition.

Secondly we have directors Ben Peyser and Scott Rutherford's flick Billy Chen Presents: Ghost Team One starring Carlos Santos, Fernanda Romero, J.R. Villarreal, Meghan Folcone, Tony Cavalero, James Babson, Scott MacArthur, and Craig Stott.

Radius TWC is really upping your awareness of Solomon Kane today. After a pretty cool one-sheet that debuted on the site this morning, we now have a look at the comic book inspired alternative poster along with two more photos of James Purefoy as the brutally efficient 16th Century 'fuck-you-up' machine that helps defend an exotic African village. This has to appeal to at least one of you, right?

Solomon Kane is one of those mythical movies that has been kicking around for a long time. We first covered it as far back as Comic-Con 2008, and possibly even before that. It's finally coming out in theaters this fall. We have a new one-sheet that proves that fact to be true. Check it out, it might turn out to be pretty cool despite the long wait time (or it might turn to dust as soon as it hits the screen).

Every year, Comic-Con unleashes its fair share of surprises, with numerous stars popping in who weren't on the official schedule. One of the biggest surprises this year may very well be the release of this new trailer and poster for Solomon Kane, which will be released on VOD formats August 24 before its stateside theatrical debut September 28. James Purefoy stars as the title character, a 16th Century soldier who vows to live a life of peace after his soul was taken by the devil. His peaceful ways don't last for long, though, as he vows to free a Puritan's daughter from slavery. Check out the latest footage from director Michael J. Solomon Kane is a film from director Michael J. Bassett and the film is an adaption of Robert E. Howard's character of the same name. Distribution for North America has not been acquired, but still there is a quality movie clip entitled "Hall of Mirrors" available. Several grave-robbers find a brutal death in this clip, as a cursed barrow comes to life! Check out the last few moments of these scurvy dogs lives in the trailer below.

Image Entertainment announced recently that it has acquired North American rights to the classic horror/suspense TV series Thriller, hosted by Boris Karloff. The company plans a deluxe DVD boxed set for release in 2010.

Widely acknowledged as one of the great genre shows (Stephen King once called it the best in American TV history), Thriller ran from 1960-62 and featured, among its 67 episodes, adaptations of stories by the likes of Edgar Allan Poe, Psycho’s Robert Bloch, Richard Matheson, Robert E. Howard and others. Guest stars included William Shatner, John Carradine, Robert Vaughn, Leslie Nielsen, Elizabeth Montgomery, Ursula Andress and many more. The entire series will be remastered for the disc package, which will also include audio commentaries for many of the episodes, interviews and other extras currently being developed. Stay tuned for further details on the specific contents and release date.
