She also founded her own company, Kiran Chitra Enterprises, a production house known for innovative storytelling and successful films. Under which she produced and directed various projects, including the talk show The Kiran Joneja Talk Show and the documentaries Broken Strings and Moving Images.

Beyond her entertainment career, Kiran is dedicated to education and empowerment initiatives. She co-founded the Ramesh Sippy Academy of Cinema & Entertainment in partnership with Mumbai University, where she serves as the Managing Director.
