Anne Yasmine is an actress, singer, and film producer born in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. She began her acting career through theatre performances in 2015 and followed by acting for screen since 2019 in her first short film, 'Ruwatan' (Woodshole Film Festival Best Short 2021, Palm Springs Short Fest 2020). Reviewers acclaimed her performance as 'stunningly powerful'. In 2021, Yasmine debuted in 'YUNI', her first feature film which premiered worldwide and won Platform Prize in TIFF 2021.
In addition to performing arts, Yasmine is also an active Thalassemia advocate to teens and young adults, being a Thalassemia-Minor (Carrier) herself. Her background study in psychology drives her to be an expressive arts enthusiast as she often talks about mental health and well being topics.
