Authorities had discovered a white substance in a small plastic bag in his pocket, which originally tested positive for cocaine. The charge has since been altered to reflect a charge of ketamine possession, via Fox Orlando.

The notice of information filed from State Attorney Monique Worrell’s office reflected the change on February 19, according to the report.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement conducting tested that concluded the substance was actually ketamine, via TMZ.

Possession of ketamine can result in lower penalties than possession of cocaine, per Florida law.

Marcus, 34, was arrested in Florida on Feb. 4 when officers found a blue Lamborghini stuck in railroad tracks at 1:00 a.m., Marcus was inside along with a companion in the passenger seat. Officers were soon informed that Marcus had been fleeing an attempted traffic stop by the county sheriff’s deputies just minutes before.

One of the officers wrote in court documents, “I stood at the window and immediately detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the vehicle…The defendant kept saying he made a wrong turn and needed assistance getting his vehicle off the railroad tracks. I noticed the driver had slurred speech and he was confused about where he was located. I noticed the driver had red bloodshot and glassy eyes.”

“It did feel like the Avengers assembling,” said executive producer Sam Rees-Jones of casting the first all-celebrity edition of “The Traitors” on Peacock. “We knew in Season 2 we wanted to assemble an all celebrity cast knowing that that would create a buzz as well, and would help build on the success of Season 1,” said executive producer Mike Cotton.

“Larsa realized this relationship is just not the one for her after spending some more time apart, filming a new show. She wants to move on and focus on improving her life. They simply want different things out of life,” a source told Et.
