Jason Marc Pierce

Jason was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania in February of 1971. His family moved to Canyon Country, California where he spent the next 8 years of his life, before moving back east in 1980. He became interested in acting in high school, and decided to become a film maker as a senior. He spent 4 cold, but productive, years at Ithaca College earning a BS in Cinema Production. The 90s were spent pursuing a musical career (Jason plays guitar, sings and writes music) before a move to Greensboro, NC in 2000 got him back into film making. In 2001, he formed Pure Energy Productions with Phillip Ward and has produced, written, directed and starred in numerous award winning short and feature length films. He also spent 4 fun years learning and performing improv comedy with Greensboro's Idiot Box Comedy Club. Jason currently resides in Greensboro, where he continues to produce, direct and act in movies.
