Adrien Rolet

Adrien is a British-born, French-American actor recently graduated from Yale, where he starred as the lead in multiple plays and short films. There, he gained a reputation for his ability to play a variety of characters and accents. He sees acting and filmmaking as powerful tools to connect audiences to pressing public issues.
Looking to pursue acting from a young age, Adrien trained at leading drama schools in the UK and the US (including admission to highly selective programs such UK's National Youth Theatre, National Youth Music Theatre, and UCLA APSI). He landed a number of lead roles in school theatre productions at Eton College and Yale. Besides his background work on Damien Chazelle's Babylon, he also worked on several critically acclaimed and/or big budget movies including Trevor Nunn's Red Joan with Judi Dench.
Adrien is also an experienced Baritone singer, being a member and MC of both the Yale Whiffenpoofs and Alley Cats. He was also professional soprano before his voice broke, performing at the Barbican, recording commercials, and doing voice work for film.
His long-lasting passion for film and science also led him to create harrowing documentaries on the importance of scientific communication and public health in society. He creates documentaries with his production company, Productions of Note.
