The former Fox News anchor was duped by British YouTubers Josh & Archie into interviewing a fake Kensington Palace whistleblower, who was prepared to dish the dirt on the doctored image.

Archie Manners posed as the Prince and Princess of Wales’ former digital content creator, who claimed he had been fired for altering the Mother’s Day image so poorly it was rumbled by the public.

The Tucker Carlson Network, which streams on Twitter (now X), accepted his story after Manners and co-conspirator Josh Pieters forged Kensington Palace employment documents.

The YouTubers’ faked letter of engagement for the whistleblower included a clause stating that the palace had a right to amputate one of his limbs should he fail his probation period.

Peacock has ordered a limited scripted series about notorious serial killer John Wayne Gacy, Variety has learned.

The announcement was made during the Television Critics Association winter press tour in Pasadena. The series is inspired by the 2021 Peacock/NBC News Studios docuseries “John Wayne Gacy: Devil in Disguise,” with the scripted series sharing the same name.

Patrick Macmanus will serve as writer, showrunner, and executive producer on the show. Macmanus previously created the first season of the Peacock true crime series “Dr. Death” and the Hulu true crime limited series “The Girl From Plainville,” with Macmanus also serving as showrunner on both shows.

Macmanus will executive produce via Littleton Road Productions along with Kelly Funke, with Noah Oppenheim and Liz Cole of NBC News Studios also executive producing. UCP, where Macmanus is currently under an overall deal, will serve as the studio.

Macmanus is repped by UTA and Cartel Entertainment.

Since Dancing With the Stars launched in 2005, it has featured some questionable celebrities, including Carole Baskin, Sean Spicer, and more we’d rather not think about.

Now, producers are opening up about why these “clickbait” names are necessary for the competition series.

Over the past couple of years, Netflix has been plagued by a hit-and-miss trend when it comes to its original fictional shows, but the streaming giant has consistently managed to offer captivating docuseries to its subscribers. Whether it's true-crime tales, educational projects, or behind-the-scenes coverage of sports, the supply has been truly impressive.

Carole Baskin is closing down her Big Cat Rescue sanctuary that was featured in the Netflix documentary Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness, her husband Howard Baskin revealed in a memo.

“Big Cat Rescue has entered into an agreement with Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, an accredited sanctuary in Arkansas, to move most of Big Cat Rescue’s cats to Turpentine Creek where we will continue to fund their care for the rest of their lives,” read the memo posted on the Big Cat Rescue website.

Howard also stated that once all the cats are moved, “we will sell the sanctuary property and use the proceeds to fund these species-saving projects in the wild.”

The memo continued, “Supporting our cats in larger enclosures at Turpentine Creek, at much lower cost per cat than we incur by continuing to operate Big Cat Rescue, will free up resources to let us do much...

Ghost Adventures is a polarizing show, but some of the best Ghost Adventures episodes feature a balance of what audiences love, and what audiences hate. Viewers tend to either laugh at the sometimes theatrical character of Zak Bagans and the questionable validity of some of the paranormal evidence, or they appreciate the show for what it is and suspend their disbelief for a moment. As the seasons progress, Ghost Adventures gradually shed its more embarrassing habits and focused primarily on collecting evidence, garnering better and better ratings.

It’s left to viewers to decide upon the legitimacy of said evidence. This is a niche genre, with company like Sightings and Paranormal Witness. But, for believers and casual viewers alike, Ghost Adventures is well-received and worth the watch. The best Ghost Adventures episodes have stuck with fans of the show for years and are likely to haunt them for years to come.

Joseph Maldonado-Passage, star of the Netflix series “Tiger King,” has announced his candidacy for president from his campaign headquarters — a medical ward for federal prisoners in Fort Worth, Texas.

Using a familiar “drain the swamp” theme on his new campaign website, Maldonado-Passage promised to go after corruption in the FBI and the U.S. Dept. of Justice, blaming that corruption for his multiple convictions and 21-year prison sentence. (He’s currently being treated for prostate cancer.)

The Netflix series, first released in March 2020, focused on Maldonado-Passage and his exotic big cat park in Oklahoma and his rivalry with big cat activist Carole Baskin. He was convicted of paying a hit man to murder Baskin.

As the search for actor Julian Sands continues, his family is sharing their thanks for those working in dangerous conditions to find him.

Sands — a British actor best known for his roles in “A Room With a View” and “Leaving Las Vegas” — has been missing since Jan. 13, after going hiking in snowy weather in the Mount Baldy area in Southern California.
