Christopher Tai

Christopher was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 1981. He started acting at the age of 14 where he developed an underlying obsession to train with renown mentors within the industry to get a broader and more in-depth understanding of character development and genuine portrayal of them on screen. His drive and natural charisma, talent and diverse ethnic background (Portuguese and Chinese) provided Christopher an opportunity to break barriers within the film community as a lead actor, vis-à-vis Bruce Lee.
In his youth, Christopher opted to travel the world dismissing leading film roles in order to truly grasp the essence of human characterizations and absorb the variables that make someone become who they've become and act the way they do within the context of different socio-economic environments.
In the midst of his ventures abroad, Christopher established a rapport for his humanitarian and philanthropic efforts with his continual initiatives to help the impoverished through varying organizations over the last two decades and continues to push his initiatives through the Chilllounge VIP platform, voluntarily.
Christopher was educated at the University of Toronto where he then dove into the financial securities and real estate sector. He opened his own real estate brokerage where he maintained his position as a Broker of Record for a decade and then migrated into the financial securities market as a Vice President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of two Canadian-based Exempt Market Dealers offering Accredited Investors with unique boutique investment options, securities and product.
Christopher's passion to perform continues to evolve and develop and exudes the same charisma and etiquette to the likes of Dwayne Johnson (a.k.a. The Rock) and demeanor and humility of, also Canadian born actor, Keanu Reeves albeit being much shorter than his predecessors. Coincidentally, Keanu Reeves and Christopher Tai attended the same highschool, North Toronto C.I.
Now in his early 40's - Christopher continues to tease us with his dabbling back into mainstream films while volunteering for the Chilllounge VIP. Most recent, he plays the character, Guntar, in Season 3 in the acclaimed hit Apple TV series "SEE" starring Jason Mamoa.
Christopher lives a humble and modest life in the community of London, Ontario, Canada.
