Sophia Rumbea

Born and raised in East New York, Brooklyn, Sophia spent most of her time at Broadway Dance Center, in acting classes, or with her nose in a book. Growing up in a family filled with creative people, including break-dancers, singers, actors, and costume designers, it was easy for her to fall in love with the entertainment world. She took every opportunity growing up to entertain. While the arts are her first love, academia remains a close second. She even took a break from dance and acting to study Critical Theory of Literature and Sustainability at Stony Brook University. After graduating, she took a brief moment to decide between law school and acting; she followed her passion for acting and never looked back. Most recently, you can see her in the new series "Great Kills" on TUBI and the feature "Fog" set to hit Amazon Prime this year!
