Welcome to this review of 2023’s Aew: Revolution pay-per-view, which emanates from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA and opened with the usual Zero Hour pre-show – which saw Komander & Hologram defeat Lee Johnson & Blake Christian; Daniel Garcia & The Undisputed Kingdom take down Shane Taylor Promotions; the Roh World Championship Match between Chris Jericho and Gravity get thrown out after Jericho used his baseball bat; and Big Boom Aj, Mark Briscoe, & Orange Cassidy pick up the win against Johnny TV & MxM Collection. Now on to the main show!

Page and Max slugged it out. Page got the upper hand. Page knocked down Mjf and stomped on him. Hangman locked in a sleeper, but Mjf countered with a jawbreaker. Mjf power bombed Page across his knee. Mjf spat in Page’s face and then thumbed him in the eye.

Davis chopped at Ospreay while the fans chanted “You sold out!” to Davis. Davis slammed Will and went for a senton, but Will moved out of the way and dropkicked Mark Davis. Welcome to this week’s review of Aew: Dynamite: Winter Is Coming, which was broadcast live from the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas. We’ve got Excalibur, Tony Schiavone and Taz on commentary so let’s get into the review!
Match #1: Death Triangle def. The Elite (Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks — Matt & Nick Jackson) The following is courtesy of allelitewrestling.com:
Don Callis joined the broadcast booth for this match. Nick Jackson and Penta El Zero Miedo traded offensive, each countering the other. Rey Fenix tagged in and the Young Bucks used tandem offense. Pac and Kenny Omega tagged in for their respective teams and Kenny Omega smashed Pac face-first into the mat. Matt and Kenny hit double planchas to the outside while Nick followed up, jumping off the top turnbuckle onto Pac. Nick tweaked his ankle and tagged out. Brandon Cutler used some cold spray on Nick’s ankle.

We start with a recap of last week’s main event between Jay Lethal and El Generico, and Mike Bennett’s interference.
At the start of the show we are told that due to last week’s main event a new match has been added to Final Battle. I wonder what that could be.
Tonight’s main event will be a tag match between the Young Bucks and Future Shock (Kyle O‘Riley and Adam Cole).
We cut to Prince Nana putting over Tommasio Chiampa. Bacially a short promo about how strong he is and how he is the best, intercut with videos of his training routine. Fairly effective framing device.
Match One: Shiloh Jonze vs. Tommasio Ciampa w/ Prince Nana, Princess Mia & Ernesto Osiris
Winner: Tommasio Ciampa
Worth Watching?: Not really, it was just your standard squash match. Ciampa’s finisher is cool, though.
