Prince Harry blames the tabloids for at least one of his breakups.

On Tuesday, the royal filed a written testimony to the High Court in London in his case against Mirror Group Newspapers, claiming that they caused his split from ex Chelsy Davy.

“I trusted Chelsy with the most private of information,” he said in the testimony, according to The New York Times.

He went on to claim that “the prying eyes of the tabloids,” strained their relationship and was “the main factor” in their eventual breakup.

“We could also never understand how private elements of our life together were finding their way into the tabloids, and so our circle of friends became smaller and smaller,” Harry added. “I remember finding it very hard to trust anyone, which led to bouts of depression and paranoia.

Prince Harry has hit out at rumours suggesting King Charles is not his father.

It’s been reported in the tabloids for years that Princess Diana’s former lover, James Hewitt, was Harry’s dad.

However, as he made an appearance at London’s High Court on Tuesday amid his ongoing phone hacking lawsuit against the publisher of the Daily Mirror, he blasted the rumours in his accompanying witness statement.

Referencing a 2002 article from The People with the headline “Plot to rob the DNA of Harry” — talking about an alleged plan to steal a sample of Harry’s DNA to check his who his dad was — Harry said of the rumours: “They were hurtful, mean and cruel. I was always left questioning the motives behind the stories,” according to the Evening Standard.

London’s High Court saw Prince Harry take the stand on Tuesday, June 6 to testify against The Mirror, The Sunday Mirror and The Sunday People, three arms of the British tabloid press the royal is currently suing. During his testimony, the Duke of Sussex maintained his stance against the three papers, claiming: “Some editors and journalists do have blood on their hands.”

Prince Harry has accused the Mirror newspaper group of hacking his cellphone more than a decade ago, leading to targeted tabloid press against himself and later against his wife Meghan Markle.

The royal family sent out an invitation for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to attend King Charles III‘s coronation on May 6, the same day as their son Archie’s fourth birthday.

Prince Harry has claimed in his new book that his father King Charles III made a “sadistic” joke about his paternity.

The Duke of Sussex opens up about the incident and his father’s passion for telling “stories” in his new memoir Spare.

Harry said that his father, who became “philosophical” towards the end of his stories, acknowledged that no one could be sure they weren’t “living in a fantasy” before joking about the possibility he wasn’t Harry’s “real father.”

Harry, 38, didn’t take the joke well as he grew up amid rumors that his actual father was Princess Diana‘s former lover Major James Hewitt.

Hewitt famously had an affair with Princess Diana after he became her horse-riding instructor. According to Hewitt’s book Princess in Love, the affair lasted from 1986 to 1991 and occurred when Diana was still married to Charles.

Prince Harry says his relationship with his father isn’t perfect.

In an excerpt from the royal’s leaked memoir, he alleged that King Charles III used to joke about who really fathered him with his mother Princess Diana.

“Pa liked telling stories, and this was one of the best in his repertoire. He’d always end with a burst of philosophizing … Who knows if I’m really the Prince of Wales? Who knows if I’m even your real father?” he recalled, via Page Six.

In a year where the Kristen Stewart-led Spencer earned its share of awards buzz comes word that another project about the late Princess Diana is the leading candidate for the anti-Oscars. Diana, the Musical, the filmed version of the ill-fated Broadway show, took a final bow with nine nominations for the 42nd annual Razzie Awards revealed today.

The show “scored” nine noms for the 2022 Golden Raspberries spanning nearly all of the categories, including Worst Picture, Actress, Actor, Director and Screenplay. The Woman in the Window and Karen are a distant second with five apiece, followed by Space Jam: A New Legacy with four and Infinite and The Misfits with three each.

By now you’ve probably read, heard or seen for yourself, via Netflix, just how deliciously bad Diana is, but the truth isn’t quite so much fun. Diana, opening tonight on Broadway at the Longacre Theatre, is not a so-bad-it’s-good disaster.

Actor is first celebrity to settle claim since tabloid admitted hacking several public figures' voicemail messages

Sienna Miller has accepted £100,000 compensation from the News of the World after it accepted unconditional liability for her phone-hacking claims.

The unexpected agreement came midway through a high court battle with the paper. The actor is the first celebrity to settle a claim since the tabloid, part of Rupert Murdoch's News Group Newspapers (Ngn), last month admitted hacking the phones of several public figures. The settlement is the highest privacy award to date; Ngn will also pay Miller's legal costs.

Michael Silverleaf QC, Ngn's barrister, had previously claimed Miller's case could result in £400,000 in damages. He told the court this would be a "ludicrous" sum.

Emmerdale actor James Sutton has described Celebrity Big Brother as a ‘freak show’.

Sutton, who plays Ryan Lamb in the ITV soap, said that shows like Big Brother have made ‘Celebrity’ a dirty word.

In an interview with Now magazine James was asked if he would ever appear on the Channel 4 show. He replied: “No, I find the concept embarrassing. ‘Celebrity’ is kind of almost a dirty word now – it just makes me think of Kerry Katona and Jordan.”

“I did enjoy Big Brother,” he continued. “But as time went on it became a bit of a freak show.”

At Prince Charles' 60th birthday celebration last night Harry Windsor, everyone's third favourite prince, revealed that he is not ginger. Do my eyes deceive me or have I been colour blind all these years? He announced to a shocked crowd that he is not ginger but in fact auburn. The prince obviously was never very good at understanding colours - he was caught cheating on his A-Level Art coursework and still only managed to get a C.

Calling yourself auburn is the ultimate get out clause for those ashamed of their colouring - that and strawberry blond. Both are nice euphemisms but it doesn't get over the fact that he is ginger.

I think people should get over ginger-baiting. The royal son's hair colour is a proud indication of his Celtic roots. Being a red head is unusual and makes people stand out from the crowd.

The British Royal Family has uncovered a plot to try and steal some of Prince Harry's DNA. The plan was aimed at discovering the truth behind the rumors surrounding the teenage prince's parentage. Some claim he is not really the son of Prince Charles, but in fact the product of Princess Diana's five-year-long affair with James Hewitt.
