Detroit rapper Sada Baby, known for his energetic flow and often larger-than-life persona, has delivered another memorable moment, albeit this time within the confines of the legal system. Following his arrest on a felony drug charge, Sada Baby struck a truly epic pose for his mug shot, seemingly turning the standard booking photo into a piece of performance art.
The rapper’s arrest stems from a traffic stop back in January, according to FOX2 Detroit. Sada Baby was reportedly pulled over for allegedly driving with tinted windows and an outstanding warrant. During the stop in Shelby Township, Michigan, police conducted a search of his vehicle and claim to have discovered “possible illegal contraband.”

There is no regional music scene that has flourished the past two years like Michigan rap. And there is no bigger fan of Michigan rap than Lil Yachty. During this period, Yachty has spent a disproportionate amount of time hanging out in the recording studios and gas station parking lots of Detroit and Flint, ingratiating himself amongst the state’s premier street rappers and doing as the locals do — acting playful and dead-serious at the same time, rapping loose on fast beats, forgoing hooks, and stringing together verses out of darkly funny one-liners.

Superproducer Mike Will Made It has released a new song, “What That Speed Bout?!” boasting verses from Nicki Minaj and Youngboy Never Broke Again.
The track finds Mike Will crafting a hard-hitting rhythm section on top of which sits a bunch of squirming synths that lend the beat a hypnotic quality. Both Youngboy Never Broke Again and Minaj are in fine form, peeling off plenty of delightfully outrageous bars, with Youngboy even pulling off a clever rhyme of “Forgiato shoes” and “Blues Clues.”
