Nanci Gaglio is a writer / director whose suspense-drama "I Saw What I Saw" will premiere at LA Shorts in July. Her TV pilot script "Venus Rising" is a winner with the Big Apple Film Festival Screenplay Competition (May, 2023). She began her career as a performer and filmmaker in lower Manhattan, then earned an MFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She's a Sundance Knight Fellow and has had projects in development with C4 and BBC in London. Her short films (as writer / director) have screened in over 150 film festivals across the world. Nanci lives in San Francisco.
