My professional experience comes from a long background in social work. I was a caregiver for 7+ years as well as have 3 years of experience working with youth and children in the juvenile, homeless and low-income school populations. In 2011 I completed my MPA program with an emphasis in nonprofit management. During that time I learned what my strengths for this field were, which included social media management, grant writing, government contract proposal writing, research and curriculum design. My experience at the Hatfield School of Government has been an invaluable experience for me.
My goal is to do whatever it takes to increase an organization's impact and service delivery to their clients and community. My passion is using analysis and research to expand programs and build capacity. My experience ranges from writing proposals and managing grants and public contracts to creating program and curriculum design in order to implement excellent service delivery to clients and communities alike.
Technical Specialties: Nonprofit Management and Governance, Social Media Management, Grantwriting, Branding, Research, Curriculum Design, Contract Proposal Writing/Management, Music and Video production and other creative skills.
