A new season of Chicago Fire is nearly upon us and with the arrival of new episodes comes the returns of all of our favorite characters… or at least most of them.
Season 12 was a season of change for NBC’s long-running firefighter drama which bid farewell to several longtime cast members. Of course, we also saw the arrival of a few new faces as well to help keep things fresh at 51 and fill the voids left by some of the many characters we said goodbye to over the course of the season.
The good news is that after a season full of cast departures, we’re not expecting to much change to the cast this year. That said, there will still be some changes on the horizon this season, so let’s break them down!

"Friday Night Lights" holds a unique spot in America's collective pop cultural memory. Those who haven't seen the show (which is based loosely on H.G. Bissinger's book of the same name) typically don't seem to be in a hurry to watch it, even though the drama is consistently included in rankings of the best TV shows of all time. It doesn't matter that "Friday Night Lights" won 3 Emmys, that it features great performances from stars like Connie Britton, Jesse Plemons, and Michael B. Jordan, or that it includes an incredible episode written by the future creator of "Interview with the Vampire." It is, to many of the people who haven't seen it, just a show about football.
Except it's not. Fans of the Texas-set show will tell you that though the sport is technically at the center of the series, it's about pretty much everything but football, including but not limited to: parenting,...

Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger was uncertain “how good” he would be as a grandparent. The 76-year-old Hollywood star has grandchildren Eloise Christina, 16 months, and three-year-old Lyla Maria through his daughter Katherine, 33, and was initially unsure how he would fit into his new family role at the time but has found that things are “easy” because he has a lot of pets for them to bond with, reports aceshowbiz.com.
“It’s just such a fun thing to do because it’s kind of like I (didn’t) know how good I would be (at being a grandfather) but I have the animals so it’s an easy thing,” he told People.
The ‘Terminator’ star went on to add that his eldest grandchild, who has decided to nickname him “Opa”, insists on seeing his dog Cherry when she comes over before he takes her to feed the pigs and meet the horses at his LA mansion.

“This was not planned. I think the way you know is I walked in here covered with my child’s seaweed snack all over my sweatshirt.”
Greta Lee is infectious and is so damn grateful this breakout moment is happening to her when she’s 40.
When she comes in for her sit-down interview with Variety, she’s laidback and so charismatic, like your old buddy at college you had one too many martinis with on a Thursday night party but still laughed about it til’ this day.
You wouldn’t think she’s enjoying the clout of having played in two major features in 2023. One is her leading role as Nora, a New York City playwright who reconnects with her childhood love in A24’s “Past Lives” from debut director and writer Celine Song. The other is the voice of Lyla, the Spider-Society’s AI assistant in the animated blockbuster sequel,...

If you have a favorite incarnation of Spider-Man in any form—comics, films, TV series, games, whatever—chances are you’ll catch a glimpse of that version somewhere in Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse. The previous film, Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, introduced the concept of the multiverse and parallel worlds.
