Polishuk was born in Petah Tikva and studied at Brenner High School in Petah Tikva . He is a nephew of former MK Mali Polishuk-Bloch . After his military service he worked as a wedding photographer and studied acting at Beit Zvi .
In 1995 he was a guest on the series " Nice Butterfly ".
In 2001 he participated as a guest actor in the series " Sun " in the role of a thousand lions, and later, in 2003 , in the role of Stotzman, owner of the burger "Golden Burger" which competes in the Empire of Sun.
