The series introduces a grim and stylish portrayal of London’s criminal underworld, where a maze of illicit deals and violent clashes creates an atmosphere of unyielding tension. The world is painted with stark colors and bold strokes, portraying intense conflicts and power struggles that grip the viewer with each scene.
In previous seasons, a complex network of criminal alliances and backstabbings was built, gradually transforming a once undercover cop into a dominant figure in the criminal hierarchy. Now, as the narrative shifts, the central character has fully embraced his new role, navigating an environment where trust is scarce and betrayal is a constant companion.
This latest installment presents a heightened sense of danger, marked by raw displays of force, unexpected armaments, and shocking twists that challenge the established order. Production values have reached a new level, reflecting a keen eye for visual detail and sound that captures the pulse of a city in chaos.

The crime gangs are back, baby … well, almost. While there are some pretty righteous gritty crime drama/thriller series out there, none are as brutal, brilliant, and bloody as Gangs of London. It’s been well over two years since season 2 dropped in the UK and the U.S., and since season 3 of the hit series was renewed. Now, thanks to Sky TV’s new trailer, we finally know when to expect its return, and it’s much sooner than you think. Gangs of London season 3 is set to premiere in the UK in March 2025, but when might it premiere in the U.S.?
The first season of Gangs of London premiered in April 2020 both in the UK and the U.S., then we were all left with a super long, nail-biting wait for season 2, which finally dropped in the UK in October 2022, followed by a November 2022 release date in the U.

“Bloodshed is not the answer,” intones somebody in the Gangs Of London Season 3 trailer. Clearly, that person hasn’t been watching the first two seasons of Gangs Of London – the no-holds-barred crime drama that, from the beginning, has been splattered head-to-toe in the blood of its enemies. And it looks like this long-awaited third run will follow suit – bringing more red-spraying exploits from Joe Cole’s Sean Wallace and Ṣọpẹ́ Dìrísù’s Elliot Carter, and heading to Sky / Now in March. Check out the trailer:

All productions that involve the horrors of the Holocaust and unimaginable crimes against humanity are difficult to watch. However, Peacock's streaming six-part miniseries, The Tattooist of Auschwitz, is particularly gruesome and unflinching, depicting how the ruthless Nazis treated the Jewish people under Hitler during World War II. The true story of Lale Sokolov is retold through a series of flashbacks by an elderly Lale, now a retired Slovak-Australian (Harvey Keitel) who recounts his grim experiences to Heather Morris (Melanie Lynskey), the author of the 2017 novel of the same name. Some of the details of the series based on a true story have been questioned by viewers and critics alike, while Morris herself claims it's a 95% accurate retelling by Solokov and herself.

“If we are sentimental, we will fail,” reveals twice Emmy-nominated “The Tattooist of Auschwitz” composer Kara Talve about her initial discussions with co-composer Hans Zimmer and the series’ creative team and their shared desire to steer clear of overly sentimentalizing the drama. “The imagery in this show speaks for itself. The story speaks for itself, right? I mean, we know that the horrors that happened at Auschwitz. It’s just unimaginable and because of that, the music itself has to also be unimaginable and unthinkable,” she explains during our recent webchat. “We really wanted to create this abstract environment that subtly supported the characters, let them lead the performance and never be epic because it just immediately feels wrong and disrespectful. And the last thing we wanted to do was overstep, especially in a series like this. It’s not just a story. It’s literally somebody’s truth, so...

Creating a 3D avatar to increase a model’s income brings up all sorts of issues, but this documentary seems uninterested in addressing them
Doubles, doppelgangers, clones; twin visions have long fascinated directors and audiences alike. It’s unnerving, however, when technologies that once belonged to the realm of science fiction are now realised in the present. A German model called Lale is interested in creating a 3D clone of herself and this documentary from Katharina Pethke taps into a new unsettling reality.
The rationale behind the project sounds promising on the surface. As the company that offers the body scanning service to Lale explains, a 3D clone can take on a larger number of campaigns, without the hassle of paying an in-person crew, thus increasing Lale’s income. What is striking, however, is that the firm’s examples of 3D avatars are all of non-white models. With the recent...

One is the protagonist, Lale Kiran, the renowned TV personality and news host for the broadcasting channel MON5, and the other is the antagonist of the story, Asli Tuna, a greedy student journalist who entered the network as an intern and began scheming to eventually replace Lale. Amid the major conflict, some other characters in the story became integral parts and changed the whole course of the story. Yusuf Tunca, a field reporter and informant working for MON5, was one of them. Yusuf was not a very important character in season 1 of As the Crow Flies, while in season 2, he eventually became the one to win the battle of power and claim the throne.

Violent crime drama Gangs of London is back for a third series, the cast has been confirmed.
After revitalising action cinema with the two astonishing martial arts films in The Raid franchise, Gareth Evans turned to television, co-creating Gangs of London with Matt Flannery in 2019.
A sprawling crime saga, the show follows the Wallace family as they grapple to keep control of their criminal empire. And we’ve had two series of it so far, with plenty of memorable moments to talk about.
The show became known for its notoriously violent action scenes, which are as visceral and gory as anything seen in a big screen slasher. Unsurprisingly, given Evans’ involvement, the work that went into those scenes was really quite something. And now, with season three confirmed and on its way, we wait to see
