Michael Puthuff

Michael David Puthuff was born on June 1, 1998, in Mt.Pleasant SC. For as long as he can remember, Michael has always had a passion for the entertainment industry and art. He would act and participate in his friends' YouTube channel in middle school. After earning the rank of Eagle Scout in his senior year of high school, Michael bought his first camera, a GoPro hero + LCD and went on to start his own YouTube channel. Michael went to Trident Technical College in Charleston and earned his Associate's degree in Media Arts Post-Production. During the last few months before graduating college, Michael was on the search for what truly made him happy in life and where his passion truly lay in. A few weeks into his last term at college, Michael was brought on as a production assistant for the hit television show Mr.Mercedes and suddenly while being on a real film set, Michael got the feeling like this was what he wanted to do. A few weeks later, a close friend of Michael's suggested for him to participate in an upcoming HBO series The Righteous Gemstones, exactly one minute after sending the email to submit himself to be in the series, HBO immediately responds to him booking him as an extra for the series. Little did he know that the rest of the day would change his life forever. Getting on that set and settling in being in front of the camera instead of being behind it gave Michael something he's never felt before. That burning passion inside of him ignited and he found what truly made him happy. From that first day on set as an actor, Michael made some of his closest friends and shifted his whole life to becoming a Full-time working actor.

Through acting, Michael has been able to fuel his need for traveling and not staying in his hometown all of the time. When he's not in front of the camera, he does Modeling as well as being behind the scenes shooting and editing videos and future film. Michael loves to do photography, collects vinyl records especially limited runs and metal and core releases, TV, film and music memorabilia, and is a huge concert junkie.
