Jenna Birmingham was born in Sacramento, California, and raised in the nearby town of Cameron Park. She attended Oak Ridge High School before graduating from Independence High School. Her early academic path reflected a wide range of interests, including Psychology and Music during her time at Consumnes River College. She later studied Acting, Speech, and Religion at the University of Hawaii, embracing a more performance-centered direction.

In 2017, Jenna returned to her creative roots by enrolling in a Commercial Music certificate program at Folsom Lake College. The following year, she expanded her media expertise by pursuing a certificate in Radio Production at Consumnes River College. She completed both programs simultaneously in the spring of 2019, marking a significant step in her journey toward a career in voice and media.

Jenna is an award-winning voice artist and commercial producer, known for her dynamic range, emotional nuance, and engaging delivery. She has received multiple voiceover award nominations, including Best New Voice and Voice of the Year, and has lent her voice to several award-winning commercials. Her work as a commercial producer has also garnered industry recognition, solidifying her reputation as a creative force both behind the mic and in production.

Jenna married in 1995 and welcomed her first child, a daughter, in 1996, followed by a son in 1999. She divorced in 2016. She married her current spouse in 2024.
