Siya Mahajan is an Indian actress who works in the Hindi Film Industry.
She did her schooling at the prestigious Welham Girls' School, a boarding school based in the Dehradun Valley. The faculty and encouragement towards the arts shaped her passion for acting very early on.
Siya finished her Triple Major (B.A) in Western Theatre Studies, English and Psychology from Christ University Bangalore, post which she decided to act for the screen in Mumbai.
She has performed two plays in Mumbai namely 'Kisso Ki Tapri' and 'Neela Scarf' (written by Anu Singh Chaudhary) At the Jeffgoldberg Studio. She also performed a play 'Lataangi' based on the late Lata Mangeshkar's remarkable life.
Siya studied Theatre through workshops under various legends like Mr. Sunil Shanbag, Mr. Atul Mongia , Mr. Mukesh Chhabra, Mr. Neeraj Kabi etc. She has been in the Film Industry since 2018 and has acted in various Films, Web shows, and advertisements
She is passionate about her craft and wants to keep building the skillset to act in many more films and moving the audience with her work in the years to come.
Other than acting, she's also anchored at the Mehboob Studio for the Times Litfest in 2019. She has anchored for the company 'Drools' in a couple of cities and believes herself to be good at Voice over work, Dubbing and speaking skills which makes her equipped for any such opportunities.
She can also sing and dance and would love to play more roles in films that require her to do the same.
