Major Rudrashish Majumder (born 5 March 1989) is an Army officer turned actor, who served in the Indian Army from 11 June 2011 till 7 July 2018. He is an alumnus of Lycee (Kolkata), Rashtriya Indian Military College (Dehradun), National Defence Academy (Khadakwasla, Pune) and Indian Military Academy (Dehradun). He retired from the Army in the Rank of a Major after putting in 7 years of service. He did his Infantry Attachment with the Sikhlight Infantry at the LOC in Jhangar and Machhil sector. He then served his remaining tenure with the Army Ordnance Corps at Bengdubi and Jalandhar. He worked in the movie Chhichhore, Jersey and Hawa Singh in bollywood and he is make his debut in the Bengali web series Lost in Tollywood. He has also appeared on multiple advertisements of MG Hector and Coca Cola.
