"Mahmona Khan has many years of experience as an author and a writer, and has worked as a journalist for Dagbladet, X-plosiv, and LO-Aktuelt. She has written several books (nonfiction and for children) and has been an active social commentator.
The TV-series "Skitten snø" is based on her book debute. The young adult novel released in 2011 and received excellent reviews and was a populer hit among its audience. Khan has since toured, lectured and discussed the book with teenagers all over the country. She has also writte two follow-ups; Fra Oslo til Lahore (2013) and Når du minst venter det (2015).
