Pratik Sehajpal, best known for his stint in the Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 15 has dropped a picture with Tamannaah Bhatia on Instagram. The 30-year-old has bagged a cameo role with the actress in an upcoming suspense and investigative thriller Ott series, titled Aakhri Sach.

Helmed by Robbie Grewal and written by Saurav Dey, Aakhri Sach is set to start streaming on Disney+Hotstar on August 25. Pratik Sehajpal was last seen in the popular television soap opera Naagin in its sixth season.

Set to play a cop in the investigative thriller ‘Aakhri Sach’, actress Tamannaah Bhatia said that she finds it strange that conventionally good-looking actors often carry a badge of not being able to do serious roles, adding that she always felt it’s easier to be realistic.

Stepping into a character that is at the epicentre of a complex situation demands vulnerability and strength from an actor. This process can lead to self-discovery and a genuine connection with the audience, creating a powerful and authentic performance.

Talking about the same, Tamannaah, who plays the role of Anya in ‘Aakhri Sach’ said: “I find it strange that actors, especially conventionally good-looking actors, often carry this kind of badge of not being able to do serious roles. Glam characters take as much work as something realistic. I have always felt that it’s easier to be realistic as you are getting closer to reality.

A screening of Tamannaah Bhatia’s new project Aakhri Sach was hosted in Mumbai on Wednesday night. Vijay Varma, who is dating Tamannaah, never misses her film and show screenings and so he was pictured at this one too.

Pratik Sehajpal, who was last seen in the show ‘Naagin 6’, opened up about his latest Punjabi track ‘Jhooth’, which is sung by Afsana Khan and features Sara Gurpa as female lead.

Choreographer, dancer and actor Tushar Kalia emerged as the winner of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’.

The top five contestants Rubina Dilaik, Jannat Zubair, Faisal Shaikh, Mohit Malik and Tushar Kalia were seen fighting against each other for the winner’s trophy but Tushar managed to give them a tough battle and bagged the trophy and prize money of Rs 20 lakh and a car.
