His passion for acting ignited at age 12 when he participated in church plays, and he quickly fell in love with the art of performance. Growing up in an underprivileged neighborhood, Homer always aspired to achieve more and support his family. A pivotal moment in his life came at 15, when he watched Training Day in theaters. inspired him and solidified his desire to tell powerful stories that move and inspire audiences. In 2016, Homer took the next step in his acting journey by enrolling in the Ruskin School of Acting in Santa Monica, completing the two-year Meisner Technique program in 2018. There, he honed his craft in scene work, emotional preparation, and advanced Meisner techniques. He
continues to participate in master classes taught by industry veterans such as Dylan McDermott, Rob Morrow, and Marcia Cross. Since graduating, Homer has built a diverse resume that includes background roles in high-profile productions like Barry (HBO MAX) and Amsterdam (with Christian Bale). He has since evolved into lead and supporting roles in independent films, including Porterville, available on Amazon Prime and Tubi, as well as in short films like Summer of 87 and Unseen Kills. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Homer remains dedicated to his craft, continually seeking new opportunities to tell stories that inspire.
