Edith Simone

Edith Simone Morales Sen (Dancer, Choreographer,Actress) Edith is a professional dancer from Vienna, Austria, who has been trained in various dance styles (Modern, Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop) from an early age on, although she mainly focused on Ballet, Jazz and Hip Hop. At the age of three, she started taking Ballet classes at Performing Center Austria, one of Austrias biggest dance schools. She soon started training in other dance styles and at the age of 14 began competing at Austrian and European championships, where she came first with her company several times. When she was in high school she started working as a background dancer for the biggest televised Austrian talent show, Kiddy Contest, which takes place in one of the largest and most prestigious venues of Austria, Viennas "Stadthalle". This is also where she got the chance to dance with Conchita Wurst, the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 2015. Edith has trained her talent and performance skills with world renowned teachers like Galen Hooks (Janet Jackson, Britney Spears etc.), Jaquel Knight (Beyoncé, Tinashe etc.) and Jermaine Brown (Jennifer Lopez, Victoria's Secret Show etc.). She also took part in Europes best dance camps, such as Fair Play Dance Camp in Poland and American Camp in Rome, where she was taught and coached by a number of international teachers. After graduating from high school in 2017, she went to the US for three months (one month NYC, two months LA), where she spent her time training in the best schools in the world, notably Broadway Dance Center, Millennium Dance Center, Movement Lifestyle, Debbie Reynolds and Playground LA. The dance education there helped shape her career and develop Ediths strengths in every way as a commercial and urban dancer. Edith had the privilege to have been able to showcase her talent not only on stage but also on television, in film and commercials. She has worked with numerous famous Austrian artists like Rose May Alaba for her music video ''My Love'', the double Echo nominated and #2 song of the year (''Quiet'') on the FM4 radio Mavi Phoenix. She has also starred in several video projects of the international musician Left Boy ("Sweet Goodbye", ''Father of God''). Edith shot her first commercial at the age of eighteen for the city department of Vienna. She was seen in several magazines, newspapers, on billboards and digital billboards all around her hometown. Furthermore, she recently worked for clients like Siemen, Beauty Lash, Kellys Chips etc.. She was also featured in a clip by the Austrian TV station Puls4. Beside all this, Edith is part of an Austrian dance agency (Dance Industry), with whom she has performed for various companies such as Red Bull Austria, one of Germanys most popular toothbrush company Oral-B and one of the most popular German TV stations ZDF. Throughout her years of training at Performing Center Austria, Edith has not only competed in the Austrian, but also in the European Championships (2013-2017) where she has won many prizes, including special rewards, such as "Diamant" for the highest score of the competition twice. These competitions gave Edith a lot of stage and performance experience. She and her company were also invited to dance at the 2014 Ballet Days at the beautiful Viennese theatre Odeon and also received an invitation to dance at the Life Goes On Gala 2014, a charity gala which honors Austrian athletes in the historic Hofburg in Vienna. After three months of first-class education in the US, Edith, at the age of eighteen, started teaching at the top three local dance studios, Unity Dance, Empire Dance and Performing Center Austria where she herself started her dance career. With the knowledge she got from working with international teachers, she does not only teach amateurs but also professionals. Edith is not only beyond excited for her future career in the US but also more than eager to learn and grow as a dancer and a human being. To her, it is important to inspire and to be inspired.
