Deacon was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and raised in Hawai'i. He grew up on the island of Maui playing music, surfing, fishing, and loving the outdoors. He began acting later in life after working a variety of jobs over the years, when his proximity to Hollywood stars as a chauffeur sparked his desire to act.
