Lauren-Joy Williams

Lauren-Joy Williams is a writer, spoken word artist, actress and creative producer from Birmingham. Her combined skills base has given her opportunities with the likes of HBO, BBC and Sky News to name a few. As a former young poet laureate, she has written for corporate commissions, charities and branched out to creative writing for screen and theatre. Alongside her acting training at Identity Drama School for Acting she has also studied creative producing and television at University of the Arts London. She aims to be a new voice for diverse audiences and an advocate for representation both on and off screen.
