    • Born in Lagos, West Africa, JOSEPH DUKE is a proficient, creative and result-oriented filmmaker. His educational background and years of experience has shaped his expertise in Film and Documentary Directing, Production management, Screenwriting, and Content creation.

      He co-directed Nigeria's first and most detailed 3D animated short film, which won multiple awards; "Ami (2022)". Additionally, he co-directed "Alejandro (2021)." A Hollywood and Nollywood international feature film about an African-American lawyer in Oklahoma. He was the Production Manager of the Showmax original procedural drama-crime series, named "CRIME AND JUSTICE LAGOS". He also directed two seasons of the educational television show "THE LERNERS CUT(2020-2021)," which aired on eight satellite channels.

      Joseph Duke is a member of the Rockefeller Food Systems Vision Prize, visionaries team. In Lagos FilmLab 2019/2020, he is placed among the top 5 participants. In 2017, the Sahara Extrapreneur documentary competition awarded his 2016 film "Give Us This Day" the top honor. The 17th Abuja International Film Festival awarded him with the Outstanding Experimental Film prize as well. he has several other film awards to his credit.

      "100tags4change," a global psycho-social and economic movement, is the brainchild of Joseph Duke. This campaign advocates for measurable global psychological, social and economic impact Project powered through various art forms; He has directed and produced three short films that have won awards, under this initiative; "Inequality," "Save Salome," and "Social Comment" all have successful practical implementation followup projects. In addition, he is the founder of "WE LOVE MOVIES," a movie fans club that produces television content for broadcast and create several social outdoor events.
