Mu-ryong Choi was born on 25 February 1928 in Paju, Gyeonggi province, Korea, Empire of Japan [now South Korea]. He was an actor and director, known for Duch (1987), Jesamjidae 2 (1969) and Piarin guwolsan (1965). He was married to Ji-mee Kim and Hyo-shil Kang. He died on 13 November 1999 in Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.
