Melvin Dain is a Ghanaian-Nigerian actor and director with a growing presence in African entertainment. He is best known for his lead roles in acclaimed productions like the Showmax Original TV series ENO, For Love and Country a film directed by Shirley Frimpong manso. And a few other household name projects. Melvin Dain is the leading actor in the new MNET -Akwaaba Magic Original series House of Klu.
As a director, Melvin has helmed three impactful short films: Shadows of Ambition (Pilot), Plastic Man (Documentary), and Quiet (Docu-drama). As at the time of writing this, Shadows of Ambition has earned nominations at the Beach House Film Festival in Lagos, the Lift Off Filmmaker Festival in London and the Young Lens Film Festival. He is passionate about crafting stories that inspire change, amplify underrepresented voices, and celebrate diverse cultures.
