Kendra McDermott

Kendra McDermott is an award winning actress based in the Pacific Northwest. Kendra is of Swedish, Scottish and English descent. She was born in California, to a loan officer and a psychologist. Kendra began performing in talent shows and school plays at an early age. Her love for performing continued throughout childhood and into high school, where she took drama classes and found love performing in her school's annual fall improv sketch shows. Kendra started out acting professionally in her mid 20's, getting her start in regional commercials and as a featured extra in several hit television shows such as The League and CSI. She continued to build her acting experience and credits all while going to college to get her Bachelor's and Master's degrees, getting married and raising children. Kendra made her feature film debut in the indie comedic hit "Win A Trip to Browntown!," which was distributed by Gravitas Ventures in 2023. Kendra followed up her success on Browntown with a turn to dramatic roles, including a no-nonsense police officer in the film "If a Tree Falls," and a prisoner trapped in a post-apocalyptic women's correction facility in the television pilot, "Perimeter." "Perimeter" was written and directed by Simon King, of the famed, "The Rise of Whore Betsy," and stares "Terminator: Dark Fate", Kacy Owens. Kendra can be seen on HBO Max in the Fall 2021 in Steven Soderbergh's latest film, "Kimi", starring Zoe Kravitz. Kendra can also be seen in the YouTube horror sensation "The Shape" produced by CCC Entertainment.
