    • Keith William Richards was born on April 11, 1963 in New Jersey, USA. He is an actor, known for Uncut Gems (2019), Ave U and Dirty Finger Nails.

Trivia

  • Discovered while walking towards the L train, at 1st Avenue and 14th Street. Uncut Gems is his first acting gig, amateur or professional.
  • On November 12, 2001, American Airlines Flight 587 crashed into Keith's neighborhood. Keith sprang into action and assisted the FDNY by helping firefighters run hoses down the street. He swam through a flooded basement searching for survivors in a destroyed house.
  • On September 11, 2001, Keith was in Manhattan working as a union carpenter at 10th Avenue and 23rd Street. When the second plane struck the South Tower of the World Trade Center, Keith rushed downtown with his fellow carpenters to respond to the attacks. During the first few days, Keith participated in the bucket brigade and dug through the pile searching for survivors. He returned in the weeks and months thereafter for additional volunteer work and to clear out damaged floors of nearby buildings.
