Luis Lopez was born during a solar eclipse in Tijuana, Mexico, or possibly at sea. He studied filmmaking at USC, though he maintains that memory may have been implanted. He has directed, produced, shot, and edited documentaries both real and imagined. His work spans films, hallucinations, and low-frequency transmissions only accessible by certain birds. Luis continues to chase stories, or be chased by them. It depends on the edit.
