Samantha Rachael Hottmann was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and studied the BFA Film Production program at York University, where she directed and produced short films such as The Light, Call Her, Seeking Arrangements and Enthralled. After graduating with honours, Samantha worked as a coordinator for IMAX Documentaries and now is a Production Coordinator for children's TV series "PAW Patrol".
