‘Gram Chikitsalay’ Recap & Ending Explained: Did Sudhir Steal The Vaccine?
Image
Directed by Rahul Pandey, Gram Chikitsalay can be called a quintessential Tvf production, where we are once again taken back to rural India and told a story about the problems in the healthcare system at the grassroots level. Obviously, the narrative is made satirical and humorous, but that does not mean that the series refrains from addressing important issues. ‘Maamla Legal Hai’ Cast And Character Guide
Image
Maamla Legal Hai, the title of the show suggests it is all about lawyers. A satirical courtroom drama in the Ott space has not been explored yet, especially by Hindi filmmakers. Most of the shows based on lawyers and court cases are proper dramas, and they have faltered too many times. In Maamla Legal Hai, maker Rahul Pandey attempts to bring on-screen some hilarity adopted from various stories that one comes across in the newspapers or television news channels. Several characters define the arc of the show and add to the hilarity that is embedded in the screenplay. Many are experienced lawyers, while others are rookies who have just begun to understand how life in court unfolds.

Vd Tyagi

Vishwewar Tyagi, also known as Vd Tyagi, is portrayed by the amazing veteran actor Ravi Kishan. From the start of the show, Vd Tyagi comes across as a shrewd man who...

Everyone comes across various obstructions to their success, but all of them soon find a way to achieve their goal.

Maamla Legal Hai (2024) Netflix Series: A parody of life in the courts, specifically in India
Image
Maamla Legal Hai is a new series created by Rahul Pandey starring Ravi Kishan, Anant Joshi and Naila Grewal.

This series promises to be based on real events, or at least, real bizarre events. But above all, “Maamla Legal Hai” delves into the world of courts, laws, lawyers, judges, and defendants. It is a parody of the legal system and how it does not fully comply with established legal parameters.

One example will suffice: a lawyer who claims to do things legally, says precisely that they want to do everything in a strictly legal manner. The laughter is loud. Is it a parody of corruption? For us, it is a comedy to enjoy and try to be the best citizens we can be, because if we fall into the hands of the law… nothing good can happen (as the wise Kafka knew).

About the series

Do not expect those 80s sitcoms about a courtroom,...

Ravi Kishan's antics made 'Maamla Legal Hai' shoot a picnic: Anant Joshi
Image
Actor Anant V Joshi has opened up on the off-screen camaraderie shared by Ravi Kishan, Nidhi Bisht and Naila Grewal, the star cast of ‘Maamla Legal Hai’, during the filming of the courtroom comedy that will premiere on Netflix on March 1. Anant’s character, Vishwas Pandey, proudly declares himself as the ‘Donna’ of the fictitious Patparganj court — a nod to the show ‘Suits’.

From squeezing a lawyer into an already crowded lawyers’ block to orchestrating the transformation of a dog into a lion, Vishwas is a character that keeps the laughter rolling.

Shedding light on the off-camera dynamics, Anant, who was most recently seen in ’12th Fail’, said: “Our time shooting in Delhi was like a spontaneous picnic. The actors, just as hilarious off-camera as they are on the show, created an atmosphere brimming with laughter. Ravi’s non-stop antics had us cracking up, Nidhi’s comedy timing was spot-on,...
