Nika Finch, birth name Veronika Polovko, is a film producer and executive producer, and the co-founder of Opulence Pictures, a film production company with offices in Los Angeles and Manchester. Her career began in 2009 in Ukraine when she was invited by Savik Shuster Studio to produce African Passion, the exclusive broadcaster of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and Olympic Passion, covering the 2012 Summer Olympics.
In 2015, after relocating to the United States, Finch produced music videos, short films, and corporate projects for companies such as Apple, JP Morgan, and 23andMe, and collaborated with prominent figures, including President Joe Biden.
Before transitioning to film, Finch worked in the music industry. Alongside her friend and business partner Don Grierson (former A&R Manager of Sony Music and Capitol Records, known for receiving the Golden Apple Award from The Beatles and signing Celine Dion to her first US recording contract), she co-founded Younk-the first community record label based on blockchain technology.
In 2020, Finch and her husband Daniel Couts co-founded Opulence Pictures, a company dedicated to promoting environmental awareness and societal improvement. Recently, Finch served as Executive Producer and Consulting Producer for Hounds of War, starring Frank Grillo, Rhona Mitra, and Robert Patrick.
