James Eugene Carrey, or Jim Carrey, is a popular actor-comedian who has contributed a lot to the industry over the years. However, the Canadian-American actor had three siblings: Rita Carrey, John Carrey, and Patricia Carrey Fournier. Now, after Rita and John’s demise, the 62-year-old is left with his only sister, Patricia Carrey. On November 15, 2024, Rita’s husband announced her death through a Facebook post.

Halle Bailey isn't the only Little Mermaid who can currently be seen on the big screen. After the recent release of Disney's The Little Mermaid, a live-action remake of the original animated film released in 1989, a separate adaptation of the Hans Christian Andersem story has also been put into limited theaters by The Asylum. The Asylum's The Little Mermaid, also referred to as Hans Christian Andersen's The Little Mermaid, is directed by Michael Johnson (Battle Oasis) and written by Anna Rasmussen (Shark Side of the Moon).
