After moving her career off of the high seas to become a model and social media influencer, former Below Deck Mediterranean stew, Kasey Cohen, has found her wife in Liron Revivo. Kasey's first and only appearance on the Below Deck spin-off occurred during season 3. During this season, a love triangle formed between the lead deckhand João Franco and stews Brooke Laughton and Kasey. Taking another blow, Kasey failed to live up to the expectations set by her boss, Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier, who accused Kasey of lying on her resume. Post filming, Kasey met actress and model Liron Revivo, and the two began to date.
