Jennifer Jane Parsons was born and raised in Campbell, CA and wanted to be an actress since she was in first grade. She started tap dancing at age 10 and performed in local theatre until moving to the Los Angeles area to get a degree (B.A. Classical Performance in Acting) at California State University, Northridge. She pursued an acting career, appearing in many shorts, a commercial, and direct-to-video movie. Along the way, she learned how to edit and has an active YouTube channel, Inside the Nutshell, along with her husband, Brent Beebe (actor/director/writer of Silent Whispers). She also took up belly dancing and was a professional belly dancer, under the name Elanah, for several years.
After a long-time pursuit of professional acting, Jennifer decided she wanted to become a doctor. However, that career was sidelined when she couldn't seem to get past the interviews at the medical schools she was willing to attend as an older student. So now she is looking at the path to a Nurse Practioner. In the meantime, she is a security officer at a Las Vegas resort and continues to write, edit, act, and dance.
