Mumbai, May 29 (Ians) Actor and dialect coach Vikram Pratap, who was recently seen in ‘Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo’ and ‘Kathal’, is currently featuring in film ‘Chal Zindagi’, which also stars acclaimed actor Sanjay Mishra.

Directed by Vivek Sharma, the film is set to hit the big screen on May 26. It also stars Shannon K., Vivek Dahiya, Mita Vashist, Vivaan Sharma in prominent roles.

The ‘Tere Dar Par Sanam’ hitmaker was oblivious about his baby girl’s acting debut till she actually signed and started shooting for the film. However, he is now chuffed with her decision.

She actually wanted to make sure of everything before she told me as she was a little nervous about how I would react. Mumbai, April 3 (Ians) Shannon K, the daughter of the veteran playback singer Kumar Sanu is set to make her Hindi film debut with the upcoming film ‘Chal Zindagi’, the first look poster of which was launched on Monday.

The film also stars Vivek Dahiya, Sanjay Mishra, Mita Vashist, Vivaan Sharma and Vikram Singh in prominent roles.

The story of the film revolves around four main protagonists – Sana who is a music student from America, Sahil who is a college student, Sadanand who is a retired government employee, and 10-year-old folk artist Vivaan. One day all of them start their journeys from different cities on Harley Davidson bikes to the highest motorable road in the world in Leh-Ladakh.

Shannon has also sung a song with her father for the film. Talking about the film, Shannon said: “While being busy in my singing career in America, I always dreamt of working in a Bollywood movie.

New Delhi, Aug 27 (Ians) Vivek Sharma, the Indian-origin VP of Meta’s Horizon social media virtual reality (VR) platform, is departing from the company, at a time when Mark Zuckerberg doubles down on his 10 billion metaverse dream.

Sharma’s team will now report to Vishal Shah, Meta’s VP for metaverse, the media reported. Sharma has been with Meta for six years.

“We’re thankful for Vivek’s contributions across our Marketplace, gaming and metaverse teams over the last six years and we wish him well,” a Meta spokesperson said in a statement to The Verge.

“Thanks to his leadership, the Horizon product group has built a strong team with an ambitious vision and it is just getting started,” the spokesperson added.

Facebook is looking to expand the reach of its video game streaming platform with the launch of the Facebook Gaming app.

“Investing in gaming, in general, has become a priority for us because we see gaming as a form of entertainment that really connects people,” says Facebook executive Fidji Simo in an interview with The New York Times. “We’re seeing a big rise in gaming during quarantine.”

We’ll come back to that last part in a bit (don’t worry), but it’s worth noting that this isn’t an entirely new initiative from Facebook. The company has long allowed people to stream video games via their Facebook page, and they’ve even been testing this app in limited markets for over a year now. Facebook has also worked to sign some streamers away from Twitch and other popular platforms.

Sony’s “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” continued its march toward the Oscar, topping Asifa-Hollywood’s 46th Annie Awards at UCLA Saturday night with seven wins, including animated feature.

Mumbai, Nov 7: After co-directing National Award-winning film "Chillar Party", Nitesh Tiwari will direct "Bhoothnath" sequel and says he cannot think about the project without Amitabh Bachchan and is waiting for the megastar's dates to start the film.

The original, directed by Vivek Sharma, starred Amitabh in the title role of a ghost who befriends a child called Banku (Aman Siddiqui). Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla were also in the cast as naughty Banku's parents.

It was released in 2008 and four years.

In response to the accusation levied on him and his family, Vivek has retaliated by filing a Rs. 25 crore defamation case against the concerned person. Vivek claims that the news being spread is false and is an attempt to defame the name of him and his family.

Slumdog Millionaire actors Rubina Ali and Azharuddin Mohammed Ismail may have their latest feature held back because of a legal dispute. Producer Vashu Bhagnani has been given a notice for copyright infringement by the writers of forthcoming movie Kal Kisne Dekha. Director Vivek Sharma alleges ill-treatment and claims that Bhagnani has not bought the rights to the film. "Ahmedabad went crazy for Kareena. ...30,000 people showed up! And when Kareena came on stage they lost control. About 400 people rushed to the stage. Fortunately we whisked her out of the back entrance," reported Vashu Bhagnani.
