Holland Smith is a multidisciplinary creative whose career spans performance, production, and visual storytelling. Born in 1997 in St. Joseph, Missouri, she began her journey as an elite endurance athlete, representing Junior Team USA in triathlon and earning hundreds of podium finishes across triathlon, road cycling, and competitive swimming. In 2017, she qualified for the Boston Marathon.

Her career in athletics led to a modeling contract with Wilhelmina Models and a move to New York City in 2016, where she lived and worked for over eight years. While in New York, Holland expanded her career into the creative arts, training extensively in acting and studying with respected coaches in techniques ranging from Meisner to on-camera scene work.

As an actor, Holland has appeared in national commercial campaigns, television, independent films, and feature projects. Her performances are informed by a diverse skill set that includes motorcycle and horseback riding, weapons training, dialect work, and a grounded physicality shaped by her Midwestern roots.

In 2023, Holland founded The Metal Shop LLC, a creative studio that provides direction, production, and casting for film, television, digital media, editorial, and advertising. With a focus on visually driven, character-led storytelling, The Metal Shop supports projects from concept to delivery. In 2025, she will debut her short film Highly Lethal as writer, director, producer, and lead actor. Her production credits include: music videos, television pilots, branded content, independent film production management, casting, and more.

Outside of film and television, Holland's creative direction extends into advertising and editorial, where she has produced and directed content for global brands and internationally respected publications including: Nylon Español, Cosmopolitan Serbia, Lucire Magazine, and more. Her work also includes art direction for web and digital branding projects, with a focus on strategic visual identity.

As a model, Holland has led campaigns for brands like Nike, Under Armour, TYR, Sephora, Bombas, and Target, and has walked for leading designers at New York Fashion Week, including Bronx and Banco and Erigo. Editorial appearances include: Elle Bulgaria, Harper's Bazaar Vietnam, Nylon Español, L'Officiel Australia, Cosmopolitan Serbia, Lucire, Women's Health, Vogue Italia, Shape, Muscle & Fitness Hers, and many more.

Now based in Kansas City, Holland remains deeply committed to community engagement, serving on several boards and committees focused on local arts, culture, and leadership development.
