Takesh Singh is an Indian actor, filmmaker, anchor and voice-over artist. He was raised in London, UK and completed B.com with majors in Finance and Marketing from Deakin University, Melbourne.
The trained actor made his acting debut with a cameo in the TV series Wagle Ki Duniya on Doordarshan. He studied acting from Melbourne, Australia and did professional theatre for 5 years in Mumbai.
Takesh has acted in feature films and series, such as Manto, Selection Day, Mission Mangal, Illegal Season 2, Bombay Begums, among others.
The versatile artist has also worked in Khoya Khoya Chaand, Naina and award winning short film Shanu Taxi. One of his most memorable moment is acting in the Hollywood film 'One Night With The King' with legends like Omar Sharif and Peter O Toole.
He was also a part of Nandita Das's India Got Colour campaign. He also featured in The Tashkent Files, for which he also lent his voice as the narrator of the film . Takesh's role in Sony Liv Series 'Holy Cross' earned him a nomination as Best Actor at ITA Awards 2019.
The maverick actor has also features in multiple TVC's for brands such as Aditya Birla Capital, Cars 24, McDonalds, Frooti, etc.
Apart from acting, he is also a filmmaker who runs a production house. He has directed a lot of content for digital platforms including ads and short films. He directed and produced India's first web series The Fatty Series in 2012.
