- Jarrett Lee Conaway is an award-winning writer, director and producer repped at IAG and Echo Lake Entertainment. He's directed episodes on both seasons of the hit NBC single camera comedy "Grand Crew" from EPs Phil Augusta Jackson (Insecure) and Dan Goor (Brooklyn Nine-Nine). In 2024 he was selected for the prestigious DGA Television Mentorship program and the DGA AASC The Learning Tree Directing Program. As a fellow of the inaugural Netflix Film Club + Film Independent shorts program, Jarrett directed and edited the short documentary "My Brother Jesus" exploring the intersection of faith, art and activism in the wake of BLM protests in Richmond, VA. His feature directing debut, the teen comedy "Mono", from Fox Digital Studio released on Netflix in 2016 and stars Kathryn Newton (Big Little Lies) and Sam Lerner (The Goldbergs). He's also an alum of NBC's Emerging Directors Program and of Film Independent's Project Involve, where he directed the Vimeo Staff Picked short "Foolishly Seeking True Love" starring Angela Sarafyan (Westworld). Jarrett has an MFA in Film Production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts and is a former Creative Director on the Entertainment Design Team at Meta.
