Minerva Vier is a Eurasian actor, comedienne, voice-over artist, screenwriter and playwright. She was born and raised in the island of Cebu in The Philippines. She received her BFA in Film Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and an MFA in Theater Arts at The Actors Studio Drama School in New York.
