Jullian Ficarelli is a French writer, director, and producer based in Denmark, with over 20 years of experience across Europe. A graduate of the International Film School in Paris, Jullian has developed, produced, and directed numerous short films that have enjoyed success at major international film festivals, including Los Angeles, Paris, Clermont-Ferrand, Cannes, Copenhagen, Rome, and Tehran .Additionally, Jullian has an extensive experience in music video and TV commercial production, Jullian has worked with top brands and companies in the French, Belgian, and Scandinavian markets, such as Natixis Bank, 7-Eleven, EMI, Sony Music, etc... As an entrepreneur, he founded one of Copenhagen's leading event production companies, organizing prominent events in Fashion. Later, he took over Paris's renowned concert hall Divan du Monde, where he produced shows for acclaimed artists including The gossip, Simple Minds, Alicia Keys, Wyclef Jean, IAM and many others. In 2015, Jullian began collaborating with Ingolf Gabold, a highly influential figure in European TV drama and former Head of Drama for Danish Broadcasting. Known for his work on Borgen, The killing, and The bridge, Mr. Gabold and Jullian have developed TV series with major Scandinavian production companies like Nordisk Film, Zentropa, and Trutnordisk. In 2018, Jullian launched his own production company, Say It Loud Productions. Since then, he has created, directed, and produced various TV series, including Jesusdotcom (2022), featuring Danish actor Ulrich Thomsen in collaboration with Reinvent Studios, and A Way From Home, commissioned by Care International. Say It Loud Productions has also produced a range of content and documentary segments, such as Suddenly Royal for Wildbear (AU) and the BBC (UK). In 2024, Jullian is developing a new TV series with Zentropa Entertainment (DK) and works on a Norwegian true story adaptation mini series together with producers Magnus Bimberg (Whiskey on the rocks) and Lasse Hallberg (Lilyhammer) while actively securing a slate of TV and film projects across Europe.
