Michele Simms is an award winning actor, writer and improviser. Born in Baltimore and raised in Sarasota, FL, she discovered performing in the fifth grade by realizing the microphone in the lunchroom was still on. After graduating from Sarasota High School, she spent eighteen years in Orlando performing as an improviser at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando and various local theaters. Once her career expanded into commercials, film and TV, she made the move to Los Angeles where she graduated from The Groundlings and The Second City. Michele continues to explore writing through sketch comedy and solo performances. Michele lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband, Arnie, and cat, Ninja. She loves roller skating at the beach and houseplants.
